That's funnier than what happened to me and Mr. B. the other day. We got to the intersection enroute to the mall in Cedar Park, nw of Auustin. The app said turn right, but I knew it was wrong and turned left, instead, and sure enough, it was wrong.

Uhu... happens to us frequently on new tracks. The rotten fruit of technology. However, there are some places (Tel Aviv, for one) where I wouldn't dare to go without GPS navigator these days.

Dick, I have had similar experiences with google maps. Have learned not to blindly trust them.

The wife was telling me the same thing earlier today, and then we remembered being misdirected by our Tom Tom unit years ago in the mountains of West Virginia. Nothing's sacred with computers.

Trust shouldn't come into our dealings with computers of any kind. Never.
