3 cases of cholera in NYC. And worse...

Three cases is not a lot, but it's a nice respite from the Chardonnay the yuppies prefer...

On the other hand, New Yorkers have to deal with another plague:

New York City's parks, beaches and even Times Square will be off-limits to smokers under one of the nation's toughest anti-cigarette laws passed Wednesday by the City Council.
No one deserves a tyranny like that one. Look at Cairo, New Yorkers!

Passing it is one thing, enforcing it is quite another. Unless they plan to triple law enforcement personnel, and even then....

The article promises that police will not enforce it. But there are a lot of citizens that will denounce you for smoking in the open...
